Notice on Establishing the Preparation Group for the 12th‑Term Silver‑Light Council Election Dear all members of Silver Light Seniors Association, To carry out the 12th‑term council election in a standardized and orderly manner, guarantee fairness and stability throughout the election process, and follow the resolution passed at the 11th‑term council meeting held on May 29, the association has decided to set up a special election‑preparation working group. The group members and key responsibilities are announced below.

1. Members of the Preparation Group 

Group Leader: Liang Ping 

Members: Chen Lizhen, Lixin Zeng, Chen Hua, Liu Shiping, Wang Lingzhen, Wang Jiming

2. Main Responsibilities 

1. Draft election‑related regulations and detailed rules to make the whole election work rule‑based and compliant. 

2. Take charge of pre‑election preparation, including plan drafting, candidate qualification review, procedure design, meeting arrangement, and document filing. 

3. Coordinate every stage of the election progress, resolve emerging issues, and supervise work quality and schedule. 

4. Standardize election procedures, maintain order, and ensure the 12th council election is conducted legally, steadily and successfully. 

3. Work Requirements: All group members shall attach importance to this election assignment, perform respective duties, cooperate closely, and follow council arrangements to finish preparation tasks, laying solid ground for a smooth council transition.
