Notice: Nominate Candidates for the 12th Board of Directors
Dear Chapter Presidents and Activity Group Leaders,
Greetings!
The Board of Directors has reviewed and officially approved the “Guiding Principles and Candidate Qualifications for the 12th Board of Directors Election,” drafted by the Election Preparation Committee. Please forward this document to your respective members as soon as possible.
We kindly request each chapter and activity group to review the qualification requirements and nominate eligible candidates for the 12th Board of Directors. Please include a brief reason for each recommendation.
Important Deadlines & Timeline:
Submission Deadline (July 20):
Please submit your candidate materials by July 20, 2026, to any of the following members of the Election Preparation Committee:
Lizhen Chen, Ping Liang, Lixin Zeng, Hua Chen, Shiping Liu, Lingzhen Wang, Jiming Wang, Shuyuan Qin, Yijing Liu.
Review & Voting Phase (August 20):
Upon receiving the nominations, the Committee will conduct a unified review and screening process. An expanded board meeting and election vote will be held by August 20, 2026, to officially select the members of the 12th Board of Directors.
